This project comprised of removal of 2 existing brick walls and 3 structuaral steels installed to open 3 small rooms into a massive L shaped room, existing dining room window widened for massive bifold doors out onto the garden.

A beautiful Howdens kitchen and utility room fitted with customer extractor above a range cooker, finished with oak LVT flooring and Howdens victorian skirting board throughout.

A bathroom we completely refitted, removing the dividing wall between WC and washroom allowing a large single bathroom with walk in shower and freestanding bath. With luxury WPC wall paneling and waterproof LVT flooring allowing for easy clean and care.

For this client we removed the internal brick wall opening up the existing kitchen and dining room into one spacious open plan hosting area. 

The existing window opening in the dining room was then extended to allow installation of french doors out onto the patio.

We then installed a beautiful Howdens kitchen, custom designed with the customer to utilise the space available.

The project was then completed with beautiful oak LVT flooring supplied by the customer.

This customer wanted to completely transform their outdoor space.

We started by levelling off the existing garden which had a harsh slope creating 2 different areas to work with.

The top area was finished in anthracite composite decking, which wraps around the house, integrating their hot tub allowing easier access.

The lower area was prepped level with granite dust before our 40mm premium artificial grass was installed and custom steps down.

Another kitchen designed by our customer with Howdens which we fitted, with custom made boiler cupboard, finished in a grey oak lvt flooring which sweeps through the kitchen and hallway.
